A Portuguese soul who fell in love with Scotland many moons ago and now gets to call it home.

For years, as a researcher and support worker, I was burned out and craving change. I loved helping people, but anxiety and overwhelm were a constant. I wanted to enjoy my work again and also have time for the things that truly filled my cup: being outdoors, spending time with the people (and pets!) I love, living slowly, and prioritising my mental health.

I knew I needed more time and flexibility and that something had to shift.

That’s when I found a sustainable business opportunity that aligns with my values and still lets me do what I care most about: supporting and mentoring others. Investing in myself through this journey has already transformed my mindset and wellbeing. I’m kinder to myself, gentler with my time, and I'm finally creating the freedom and flexibility to live life on my terms.
